The number of internet users in Thailand last year rose to over 20 million people, according to a survey by the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA) and the Internet Innovation Research Centre. This continuous double digit growth also supported the growth of Thai facebook users and made Thailand one of the most promising markets. The statistics on "Growth of Asian countries on Facebook" from www.socialbakers.com also showed that Thai facebook users grew by 53.89% in the first half of 2011 with more than 10 million users in June 2011.
